What's going on .... I haven't been able to get out much while pumping the past few days ... And I always get out a good amount 😭

I hear that once your supply regulates some women won't get much out when pumping. I used to pump like 5 ounces and now I get maybe 2 or 3. It's weird.

^yes iWas told the same thing. Bcos your milk comes in on what your baby needs. Unless your start a pumping schedule. That helped me. In almost a months time I've been able to pump 140 + Oz in my freezer
