Since I won't be sure of how far I actually am until My doctor visits this month, I would like some opinions. my friends and I are going back and forth... I had a full cycle in September. In October there was pink (only when wiped) but no actual spotting. Would I be considered "15w Oct" or 18w Sept?????

Yes you would be showing by now if you were 18 weeks. yes they go by the first day of your last period. I would count the pink only when wiping a period. so I bet you are 18 weeks! :)
Well your uterus is only under your belly button but yes you could definitely be showing already I know I'm barely Starting to show I'll be 18 weeks tomorrow

I would also say 18 weeks because they go by the first day of you're last period ( or last day don't remember lol)
I would say 18 weeks. the pink when u wiped could have been implantation bleeding.
