Almost 33 weeks and I can't seem to eat anything and my allergies are out of control. My mother in law says its signs of labor on it's way? Thoughts?

Apparently if you have no appetite that can be a sign of labor... That's what my MIL told me.
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
