You don't produce actual milk until baby is here and pumping will induce labor. Best to wait.

I only pumped to kick start labor and it worked! so I'd be careful, nipple stimulation brings on contractions. and milk won't come out until the placenta is detached after birth.

I don't think you can my friend didn't start leaking until after the baby was born but everybody is different
