So my son has trouble latching, and he's been drinking formula but i want to give him pumped breatmilk from a bottle. But idk if i should stop formula or alternate between then two still following a pumping schedule? Im clueless :( helppp!

You can pump and give him the pumped breastmilk in a bottle and if he is still hungry, just give him formula if you don't want him all the way off of formula. That's what I was told to do since my baby doesn't really latch. You can still do your scheduled pumping too.
Does your hospital have a lactation department? if so I would call up there and speak to them.
if i tell wic in pumping and formula will they give me a pump or formula? not sure if i should tell them both or if im just formula feeding

Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
Question for formula moms
How much do you spend a month on formula and what brand? I think the thought of spending the money is the biggest deterrent for me to switch. I do think breast milk is best but I also think formula is great since I was a formula baby. I'm just getting exhausted and frustrated with pumping all the time until we can get his tongue tie clipped and hoping that will fix his latching and sucking issues. They're taking forever to get me the referral. Gotta love Tricare.
to be honest. ..im totally over the hassle of breastfeeding. pumping and formula...feel like pumping is time consuming! i could be doing other things...i hate being so indecisive. ..and i was told formula has more calories than breastmilk???
when I started running out of breastmilk the hospital we r at have my son the breast milk first and if he wants more then the formual and eventual he got to all formual
