work is slowly gonna kill me..... my feet and back hurt so damn badly cause them assholes won't let me sit down when I need to. I'm allowed 15minute break to sit, eat and go bathroom. and not only that but my manager who is one of my friends keeps yelling at me when I get emotional at all.......ARGH!!

My manager was like that so I brought in a doctors note saying I had to be able to sit and eat whenever I needed to. If they still don't let you, it's illegal and you can tell them that

your only allowed to stand for 15 minutes and than a few minutes rest

I'm afraid if I bring a note they'll cut my hours again
