Can a tilted uterus prevent you from getting pregnant? If so, how can I fix it?

I have a tailored uterus and im pregnant with twins it's not that you can't get pregnant it's just u have to be in certain positions to get pregnant easier

My back is killing me now and I'm 12 weeks I think it all depends on the way the baby is positioned at the time but as you get bigger your back is going to hurt cause your carrying thy extra weight most of the time they lay on our nerves in our back its called round ligament pain

yeah my back hurt like someone hit me. it don't start hurting tell u get closer to yr due date mine did

I have a retroverted uterus. I'm pregnant. Doctors said it does effect your chances of getting pregnant and after the first trimester, the uterus lifts out of the pelvis and for the remainder of the pregnancy, assumes the typical forward-tipped position.

The round ligaments attach from your pelvic bone over your uterus. They're there to help support the growing uterus. Round ligament pain is in your lower abdomen. Not your back. @nichols41418
