So i think i had my first Braxton hicks contraction last night. Just one though, is that strange?! It woke me up at 3am. Stomach was super hard and i had ALOT of back pain. After 4 minutes it went away, and that was it. Idk if it would come just as one like that. Opinions please?!

@jordan0322, same for me only mine didn't go away Had one after the other nd I'm still having some. only two made me cry the rest didn't hurt much at all . I don't time my contractions any more cuz even the really painful ones I count them as Branson hicks cuz don't wanna keep getting my hopes up to find out its branson hicks or lack of water even tho i drink tons md tons
Haha yes she turns 10 on my due date! But my dr is going to induce me a few days before! I drive two hours to see him (he delivered me and all of my siblings) and he doesn't want me going into labor at home because of the drive! And on top of that because I am taking college classes he said he will make sure we do this at the beginning of spring break which is when I turn 39 weeks anyways so they won't get to share birthdays like I had hoped! But it's the best decision for us rite now. She isn't happy about it but she seems to understand!
I so wouldn't mind sharing my birthday. i would actually LOVE it. what better birthday present could you get?? Your little sister would love that huh! @sealion
My due date is my little sisters birthday as well!! We are so close! It'd be cool if you went into labor on your bday! My mom had me the day after her birthday but I think it'd be cool to share birthdays!
Braxton hicks have no rhyme or reason so there's a chance that you'd only get one random one.

I haven't experienced the pain before so I get confused on everything! I am pretty sure I've had the false contractions here and there but I wouldn't know for sure! Which is what I told my dr and she was explaining the difference and to time them and what not. I could be getting intense growing pains ya know? So atleast you know the difference!! I'm like a sitting duck! I'm sure once the real big boys come on I'll know for sure though 😂😮 @jordan0322
I never had them with my first, which was 10 years ago.. but it definitely made me remember exactly what ill be going through. not like i EVER for forgot the pain.. thanks @sealion
It's my first and so I'm quoting my dr. But yes. Brackston hicks come sporadically like that. That's one of the differences between real labor contractions and these false contractions. Real labor contractions will be rythymatic and nothing with ease them. Brackston hicks are random and all over the place and can be eased by a warm bath or changing positions or something like that:)
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
