Mamas I need help! okay so I EBF my 4 month old and he doesn't take the bottle he hates it. my SIL made some piña coladas the mix u buy at the store that comes with rum. I had one full glass of it that's it and I fell okay. I fed my baby right before I drank it at 9:30pm how long do I have to wait until I can feed him again?? do i have to pump and dump?

yea you dont have to pump and dump. id say wait 30 mins to an hour and youd be fine. fun fact: their is more fermentation in grapes than in a bottle of beer
