So sometimes I feel super exiled from everything. I already have an almost 3 year old and am now expecting my second child. The majority of my 'friends' have zero children, are in college, go out and drink, and have a very big social life of their own.. So ever since I became pregnant with my first, those 'friends' gradually dwindled down to zero.. I can't help feeling lonely a lot of the time. Yes I have a wonderful fiancé and awesome kid, but I need good and real friendships. Real friends that are moms/expecting/grown up that I can bond with and relate to. @bremcalister, I feel the same. I was just posting the other day that being a mommy can be so lonely sometimes.
Girl i am in the same position. all my family live far or dont have kids. I also have a 3yr old and will be having my second babe. I usually hang out with my mom when hubby isnt around lol shes like my best friend/babysitter/secretary

I'm the same way! I don't live anywhere near you but I was a teen mom and have been in the same situation for a looong time. I was just commenting to let you know sometimes you can go to play places during the week or places you know mommy's and kids are out and about, find little classes to do with your little one at recreation centers. it makes it easier to run into mamas in your area that are probably going through the same thing. people tell me this all the time but I'm a home body lol so I thought I would pass on the advice lol

Same here! My little family and I moved from my home state to Buckeye last summer so it's been rough finding mommy friends. My hubby and I have a couple we hang out with from time to time that we know from the Marine Corps but they are usually busy with school/work. I'm a stay at home mommy and wish I had a couple close friends near by to relate to! I use to just hang out with my mom too lol but they live in Payson now.
