okay, so a really nice individual gave me a bunch of clothes for Julian about a week ago ...but they stink of cigarette smoke. :( what are some,good products that will,completely expell that stench? I hate that smell :( !!!

use borax powder let it soak foe an hour and then add laundry stop and fabric softer. if it's not completely gone repeat again. this happen to me but I really liked the clothes so I did what worked for me lol@julianjosiah

@julianjosiah, Yeah, it was very kind of them. I'd just try everything I could think of and if it didn't work just bag them up and wait to give them back or donate them if they didn't want them back.

@rgaine exactly I hate to give it back which is what I wanted to do....but I'm going,to try the baking,soda and vinegar trick first.

i dont know of any products but baking soda and vinegar always worked to take away the stench of anything for me, foot odor, pee, etc... you can try soaking them in one bottle of cheap white vinergar and a box of baking soda from the dollar store in water for a few hours or overnight. then just wash with regular baby detergent
