Help! This mommy to be is beyond exhausted. I am not sleeping more than 4 hours tops any night due to being dried out, stuffed up nose, sore throat. I drink plenty of water and always have some at bedside but every night for months now I wake due to not being able to breathe and my throat being unbelievably sore. Do humidifiers work?! I'm not sure what to do. I have a bloody nose all day everyday when I blow my nose and apparently I'm snoring like crazy. I feel defeated. I'm 29 weeks and not sure I can do 11 more weeks of this. 😔😔😔

The air is too dry for you. A humidifier should work. That's how I was as a kid. I had nose bleeds and a dry cough all the time until my mother figured it out. If you can't afford one and it still hot where you live a bowl of water and a fan works too. You need moisture that's all.
I'm going thru the same thing she suggested rinses ... these babies do the weirdest things to our bodies lol

I had the same problem, when i asked my midwife what I could do/take she suggested breathe right strips when I go to bed to open everything up. I've been using them paired with my humidifier and it's made a big difference...I don't wake up as often and sometimes even sleep the whole night :)
Really?! That's great! I don't think it's a cold I have though. It's nasal swelling which has over time gotten worse I think due to lack of sleep. I'm sure it'll be a full blown cold soon. Ugh. I'll look into the vitamins too! Thanks @ageairlove

I can call and ask them but I don't think it's a sinus infection so antibiotics wouldn't help. It's just crappy pregnancy side effects I guess but I'm so sleep deprived I'll try anything lol. I'm wondering if buy a humidifier is worth even though I'm registered for one already for the little one. Don't need two especially if it won't help. Wahhhhhh. I miss sleep lol
trying going to your doctor and see if they will give you antibiotics. I went through the same thing and after a day of antibiotics, I felt so much better

his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

I suffered the dry nose ,couldn't breathe etc. it actually hurt to breathe because of the dryness. Also would bleed and I had a sore in both noses from dryness. I started putting antibiotic cream on a Q-tip and putting it back in my nose holes at night. Omg... What a difference just overnight! I no longer suffer ladies :)
