all babys first months have weird breathing patterns and sounds. and they have congestion also so just get a bulb syringe and some saline and flush it out he will hate it but it will make you feel better.

clean his nose out and try propping him up

Well I am pretty sure their nose needs to be clear to breath properly, but I wouldst risk it, you think he needs a Dr???
