I never going to take liquid iron again I'm 35 weeks Prego , every time I take it I trow up so bad like ten times :/ no fun !!!!

Good idea 👍 I start drink shake with fruits n veggies to get what I need . My husband drink it a lot 2 .
ill be too, cause the taste is really awful. That's why instead of taking iron, i switch to veggies and food that i can get some iron.
I don't take tablets but yeah can't take anything so I'm just going to keep eating good and drink a lot of water . Baby doing just fine this way 👶🏼
ick I just started the tablets and they barely touched my tongue I can't imagine it in liquid form thatd be awful.

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

I don't know how many times I've seen this on here but I would really like to make it clear that it takes about 5 or more weeks of being pregnant before you actually know you're pregnant...
I have the liquid iron and mine doesn't taste bad at all, I take it by itself or put it in a smoothie/juice
