when you momma's had to take your glucose test and they made you not eat from 12am until your appointment the next day did you at least get to drink water?

I'm worried about my upcoming test too 😳 with my last pregnancy the 1st test was elevated & the second I passed but my doc said I was borderline. He didn't sound too worried, but I was much more careful with my sugar intake. This baby I fee like I just crave everything with sugar in it!! 😝😝 I feel like I'm a lot bigger in the belly too, but it is my 2nd pregnancy. I'm trying hard to cut back on the sugar again, but man it's hard!!

I meant my one hour came back elevated, I did the three hour today. it was hell! I just hope I don't have gestational diabetes. this pregnancy has been such a struggle and my last pregnancy ended in miscarriage at 10 wks. I don't want anything else to worry about!

gurl I just took mine this month 😒 I starved from 6am to 2 I bout cussed the entire hospital out all in had was water all day no him nothing that's child abuse we pregnant our babies need food

Well I didn't know I was taking a test and ate coco pebbles about 2 bowls and a candy cane for breakfast pretty yummy I still passed
I'm doing the one hour test. My OB told me I didn't even need to fast, just to not eat for two hours beforehand and she said it was fine for me to drink water.
@babymay2016, they told me no water but idk if I can't not drink any water for that long
is it the one hour or three hour? the one hour, I wasn't told to fast. the three hour I was told to fast from 10pm, and only sip water if absolutely necessary.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
