What are some ways you have saved money while preparing for a new baby? I'm not having a shower this time around but I still need to get everything ready.
Couponing! I don't do it personally but my MIL coupons & has gotten us a stack of over 100 packs of wet wipes completely for free!

School fees Having an intense debate on Facebook about school fees for public school. I'm in the "stop whining about school fees and stop having kids if you can't afford them" camp and there is the other camp of "free school is a constitutional right! It's bull s*** we have to pay anything at all".

I know the things I absolutely will buy new are the crib/car seats. My daughter is almost 17 months old and even though we paid $200 for her crib through Amazon it's wobbly. I'll be looking at cribs in person this time to make sure it's solid.
