Okay so is there any other expecting mommies in their 3rd trimester who are having a really hard time sleeping at night? I'll lay in bed for hours and feel wide awake and won't be able to fall asleep even after Isabelle stops moving and goes to bed. And then I sleep till 2 or 3 in the afternoon and I'm tired all day. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on what I can do?? 😞😞😞
That happens to me when i only take one pill if I take two im out all night but i have to take benadryl before 9pm or else I dont wake up at the right time.
@talbottgirl, I take benadryl to help me fall asleep but it never helps me stay asleep. I wake up so many times throughout the night, its ridiculous.
suffer 😩😩 lol if you find something that works let me know!! I don't sleep til 5 a.m at times it's so annoying ..
I feel that now at 19 weeks and 4 days. I cant sleep at all and when i do finally fall asleep the softest noise can wake me up. Its so annoying and I try to take benadryl but it has been making me super tired all day.
Yes!! This is how ive been lately..im so sleepy I cant stand it. I have to walk around and find things to do at work so I dont fall asleep😴😴 I cant wait until maternity leave!!!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
@talbottgirl, I've only been taking one. I may try taking two and see if that helps a little bit.
