If hubby is deployed while I'm giving birth will they let him come home right away or will he get his 10 day paternity leave when gets back home?

my husband is in Korea. ours is working out he can take paternity leave along with his mid tour leave but your husband can get everything set up to take his paternity leave shortly after you give birth. :)
