OKAY LADIES! I'm In Serious Stress Mode And Need Some Advice! So They Had Me On Light Duty At Work. So Yesterday I Had To Report One Of The Supervisors Because She Told Me I Get On Her Nerves! So Human Resources Told Me To Wait And Talk To The Administrator So She Could Change Me Department. So I Went And Sat In The Laundry Room! And Waited 4 Hours To Talk To Her She Never Got Out Of Her Meetings So I Went Home! So This Morning HR Calls And Says Im Terminated Because I Sat In The Laundry And Waited For Her And That I Should Not Have Sat Down There! Is That Really A Reason To Fire Me Tho? Im Upset I Have A Child That Will Be Here In Less Than 3 Months Her Dad Is In Jail Until Feb. 18 And Im Living With My Mother In Law Not To Mention I HAVENT EVEN TOLD HER YET BECAUSE IM SO SCARED! Idk What To Do I Just Wanna Pack Up And Leave And Dont Say A Word Just Get On A Bus And Go! But I Know That Will Only Make It Worse!*Sorry For The Rant*

I totally understand your side but unless you were fired due to discrimination you can be fired for any bs reason. Its called at will employment

Is there a rule against waiting in the laundry room? Where you told to wait in a certain area? If not that's a load of crap and you should challenge it.

well I would look into it because they may have done it because you was about to get your manager in trouble and they got rid of you before it happened..management sticks together. just apply for unemployment until you figure things out. I'm sorry to hear that though

I understand but honestly at the worse she may be upset but the sooner the better... pray about it and then just go. ... Lol she has been young before I'm sure she would understand... especially when she hears the reason...

Just apply for unemployment I don't think that getting an attorney trying to challenge it is worth the stress while you're pregnant.... Besides some things fall out of place so better things can fall into place keep your head up

Something similar happened to me and I was sooooo stressed besides enjoy being able to be home while you're pregnant bc my first little one I worked up until I gave birth and it was really stressful ! Get rest eat well and if enjoy unemployment until you're ready to work maternity leave is short when you are working
