so random question... I weighed 181 to start.. went down to 174.. and I'm currently 196. so do I say I gained 15 lbs from 181 to 196??? or I gained 22 lbs from 174 to 196??

1st Trimester Weight Gain

Who else gained more than the "average" 4 lbs during the first trimester?? Just found out I gained 10 lbs!!!! Ughhh!! Super upset about that!!!

So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔
