hey Ladies do any of you know that when you go to WIC do you have to bring your babies birth certificate or anything like that ? and what can I expect when I go there?
i just went into woc office and said how do i sogn up and we went from there i love my wic lady!
When I added my son to WIC all I took was my ID, proof of address, proof of income and my son come with me. Didn't need his birth certificate. You can always call and ask them too. If your going to on WIC too they will weight you and check your iron levels. Your child will be weighted and height checked if they are older than 8 or 9 months iron level is check. They will ask you questions about you and youe child. Then if they determine you qualify you will get your vouchers.
depends on how old the child is, normally it's just Your provider one card
