Lately I've been feeling very nauseas, I wake up and can't eat anything all day feeling like I'm going to throw up. I'm still in my first trimester. So, any ideas of what I could eat that won't be to hard on my stomach but still fill me up? And when does this normally end?

I'm in my first trimester too and my doctor told me to take a B6 and Unisom every night before I go to bed to stop feeling nauseous.

@rina_, what does 'seek' mean?

Normally it could be until 12 or even 14 week. Eat what you prefer just now, if nothing than fruit or vegetables will be the right choice, also any porridge - rice or oatmeal. As a rule all animal products make pregnant women seek during first trimester. But there are exceptions ) If you can eat nothing during week or more call to your doctor, hard forms of toxemia require treatment in the hospital.
