How much water/ fluids should I have a day to help breastfeeding wise?

33 weeks 4 days today !! Had my appointment today for biophysical profile, and growth scan. At 28 weeks, she was in the 31 percentile, weighing 2 pounds and 1 ounce. 35 weeks 4 days, baby's heartrate was 131, and my fluid level is at a 20 now.
