u have to go to ob and get a referral

The hospital actually did everything for me....they got in touch with my insurance and I got it from the hospital pharmacy the day I left the hospital. I think you should talk to your doctor though my doctors the one that said the hospital will take care of it if my issuance covered it....I didn't have to pay a cent for mine.

contact your insurance company. some will send it to you, but my insurance company said I had to buy it send them my receipt and they would reimburse me. So make sure you call
