thanks I'm going to get some tonight @316ftm and @jm10 I don't have much of an appetite either until midnight to 1am when I get up and eat. just thinking about eating during the day makes me so nauseous

I feel the same way I try to force myself to eat but it makes me nauseous the only thing I can eat without feeling sick are apples @brittlangdon22

I got pedalyte. I drink so much water through out the day and still feel dehydrated.
