I'm 4 months postpartum and I still feel flabby and empty since my daughter was born. I'm 8 pounds less than pre pregnancy, but needing tips on exercises I can do to help the flabby that won't affect my milk supply as I exclusively breastfeed.

Lots of core strengthening exercises...planking, PiYo, and weight training.
