quick question, I recently found out that I was pregnant again, but when I went to my first prenatal appointment for an ultrasound, there was nothing there inside the amniotic sack where the baby is supposed to be. what do I do?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?

Unfortunately there's not a lot you can do right this second. There's are a few possibilities that could be happening. The worst case scenario is you have what they call a blighted ovum. This is where the cells stop multiplying very early on (before a fetal pole develops.) This will leave you with an amniotic sac, but no baby, and is classified as a miscarriage when your body finally expels it. The second scenario is that you may not be far enough along for the equipment to catch the heart beat or see the fetal pole. I would recommend not letting the drs pressure you into a D&C. Ask to be sent to a lab for HCG levels every other day and be seen by your obgyn at the end of a week. If your levels continue to double at a reasonable level, there is a baby in there, and one week is normally a big enough span for the baby to double in size and be picked up via the equipment. If your HCG levels drop, you are most likely miscarrying and you can choose to either go natural, or ask your obgyn for a D&C.
