Quick question I seen on a pregnancy group on Facebook that I'm on.
Does eating junk food make you have a bigger baby?
and does healthy eating make you have a smaller baby?
I seen that if you eat junk food throughout your more likely to have a smaller baby because they aren't getting all the nutrients or not getting enough. Does anyone know any answers?

all I could eat during my pregnancy was rubbish. I couldn't stomach proper food! my son was born a healthy 9lb 11oz!! xx
I've been craving junk food my entire pregnancy and I've been told my baby is growing perfectly and he's a beautiful weight and I'm the type of person who puts on weight very easily x
I agree with @b.margyte .. i think in the end of the day its down to genetics. Im the type of person that doesnt put on weight too easily so maybe he's like that too x
to be honest I would not worry about what you eat and the size of the baby. I would focus on getting all the nutritions your baby needs. so maybe try and not have fast food all the time focus on your fruit and vegetables and calcium! you and your baby need it :) xx
I think it all depends on genetics rather than what you eat. The same with people who can eat all junk 24/7 and stay skinny and the ones who look at a takeaway and gain weight.

Nope.. all i ate was mcdonalds when i was pregnant and he was 6lbs x
i was the same @laa286 and my son was 9lb 2oz and my daughter was 7lb 14oz and this time iv eaten well ect and baby is a little small so im told.. i doubt what you eat effects babys size as long as they get what they need they will be just fine Xx @kiralouise2404
