get ovulation tests. the period tracker was never right for me. so I used the tests

I just got some from the store I'm not sure what kind make sure it has iron and I think dha or something like thay! :)

Its in prenatals it helps your baby grow but also increases sperm count and you can get it separate from the prenatal pill

My hubby took folic acid with me and im 90% sure that helped

lol we aren't really getting stressed out about it or getting our hopes it's just every single time we've tried or haven't really tried I don't end up pregnant. @mommytoaz

just have sex, have fun, don't think about it just let him ejaculate inside of you. it can be so stressful trying to get pregnant that you won't even get pregnant

start taking a prenatal and track your period and when you ovulate

I have a period tracker downloaded, I got off birth control about a year ago, and he doesn't drink very much anymore like maybe two or three beers every once in awhile. is there any other advice? @mothertobe16

Download a period tracker, it helps you get an idea of when you might be ovulating! If you recently got off birth control take into account, it could take 6 months to a year until you could become pregnant. If your boyfriend drinks, cutting back will increase sperm count!
