Did anyone find out the sex of their baby early on? If so when? and what was the gender?

I found out mine at 16 weeks but that's because I paid and went to special ultrasound place that guarantee they can tell you the gender or next appointment is free.

i found out at 13 weeks. she is a girl! due in February 6th

I found out at 15wks. paid for it through an ultrasound place, it's a boy. now 21 weeks and still a boy lol

I was always worried that you can only find out if you were having a boy early. I'm hoping to find out when I get my ultrasound. I'll be 14 weeks

@lovelymommylumps, it's a blood test you can find out if your baby is at risk for having Down syndrome or other chromosomal abnormalities and they tell you the gender :-)

do u have to like ask before they draw blood or when they get the results they can tell u @britany

They took extra blood and had to send it to an outside lab so you have to ask for it and you should find out about what portion your insurance will cover too because I'm pretty sure it can be pricey without ins coverage
