You can give her 2.5 ml which is half of a regular dosage but you still follow the every 4 hr rule

The bottle should tell you how much for her age but it still follows the 4 hours rule if she hasn't had it since two she is good to have more

Yes she will be fine. I accidently gave my son the wrong dosage when he was younger. I just waited an extra hour to give me @babylylasmommy
