umm. I walked all through my pregnancy. I was made to go on leave the last week of my pregnancy by my boss. I wasn't ready lol

well I made it to 40 weeks and no baby. so I decided to walk for an hour or two with my friend around the entire neighborhood. I didn't want to stop walking. we go in and watch TV, I left my husband at home so he could get some rest. I start getting really bad braxton Hicks. I had to call and wake him up to go to the hospital. my doctor said that's not the best way to help labor. sex helps. and warm baths. but baby will come when baby is ready. she gave me a shot of pain medicine and sent me home. but that definitely helped me relax. I was back and fourth to the hospital all that week for braxton Hicks. sent home everyday cause I only went from a 1-2 cm. Friday night I was in labor and had no clue.

I know exactly what you mean. I don't drive so I usually do a lot of walking but my situation changed and I'm in closer proximity to everything so I don't take the extra effort to actually do any walking, that plus it being cold. I'm just starting to get my nausea under control.

i had every symptom in the book too. threw up till i was 8 months, had dizzyness, lightheadedness, fatigue. i was even put on bed rest for a month. but even the smallest amount of walking helps. and i felt the prenatal yoga helped alot too to ease my nerves and calm me and keep the dizzyness and fatigue away. when i was on bed rest i walked at least for 10 minutes. it still helped

@momof031989, @rosierosado @beautyoflife @galil_tahir @ce095 ah I'm gonna start running haha I have been sort of lazy majority of my pregnancy but I've had a tough pregnancy and still throw up daily more than once a day etc so I haven't exactly had the energy On top of whatever normal fatigue you get

definitely makes it easier. i walked every day while i was pregnant (i also did prenatal yoga). usually every doctor says that labot is long with the first pregnancy but mine was only 8 hours!

yea definitely, I've always heard that it makes delivery easy. my mom said she had a tough time cause she was lazy while prego with me and had it easy with my bro cause she was working out.
