So any nose bleeds? I have them everyday so I use Neti pot seems to work fine. Anything else that works?

I used to get them every so often from the cold air. Usually in the morning when I first wake up or when I'm in the shower and blow my nose..sorry if tmi..I use a warm mist humidifier and I haven't had it since.
