Could today get any worse. Our land lord just gave us a paper saying she will be here Friday to put our stuff out. My biological dad hasn't paid rent since we been here. And of course he blames us

she can absolutely nothing put u all out nor can she give u a 30 day notice. not sure where u live but im a paralegal and she has to file for eviction with the county . within that time u all can appeal it.
If the landlord paid to get the eviction notice they can give whatever amount of time. My landlord served us an eviction notice that gave us until the 31 which was 11 days. We asked the officer that gave us the papers and he said since he paid to have us evicted there was nothing we could do about it.

she cant do a damn thing. however if she did everything the correct way the sheriff dept will have to come remove u from the property
