Me and dada are trying to find a house to move in that fits our budget before the baby come out, but since he has a bad credit score we are having hardtime to get approved, i was wondering where we can find a help for fixing his credit and a realtor that cam help us negotiate with financial and everything that wont rip us off. Btw we are currently residing here in Norman Oklahoma.
Im open to suggestions, and advices would really help.

you can go and see what they say but the cosigner will have to sign papers and things...so it might be good just to bring them along. I never had to deal with a cosigner with renting or buying or home only when I bought a car long ago. and he had to go in to get his credit looked at and sign paper work.
@eskawho, We are thinking about it too, do we need to bring the consignee when were talking with the agents and lender?
maybe have someone cosign with you. we had bad credit for the longest time...took a lot of work and many years to get are credit back to good.

On behalf of the BB ladies. I would like to say thank you to those who have welcomed us.
