Lizzie you can continue doing anything you were doing before you got pregnant. I have an active maternity series available at my website and the first 30 days are free. After that, it's only 2.99 a week billed quarterly ($36 4x a year). The workouts are from Autumn Calabrese (21 Day Fix) and are broken up by trimester and then postnatal.

yes they have prenatal yoga and pilates that are safe and work i started a pregnant pilates video yeaterday and my gluts and thighs are on fire today

Probably yoga. It'll help you stretch and it's easy on the body
