I have a question, tonight I go to the hospital an they drug tested me. out of four pregnancies this is the first time I have ever tested positive for drugs....(marijuana) thanks to my brother he was drunk an smoking the other night an blew smoke directly into my face on several occasions. I told the nurse that I didn't smoke. I don't even smoke cigarettes. she even made a point to say that this is the first time I've ever tested positive for any kind of drug. what will they do? I don't want my children taken or my baby taken from me for my stupid ads brothers stupidity

I would think if you tested negative every time after this time they would see you're not smoking & wouldn't say or do much of anything. But I'd be sure & tell your brother that he is getting you in trouble & can cause them to take your kid so he'll stop. Just be careful Hun.
They won't take your baby for weed most likely they will drug test you and your baby at time of birth and if you test positive they will do a home search but they won't take your kids just for weed
they might test the baby when it's born. you might end up with srs involvement if the baby tests positive
well I'm not worried if they test me. they've always tested me at the drs office an stuff I've always gave urine samples an I have never tested positive.
they will probably just continue to drug test you every time you are seen and will tell you that you could have child services involved.
They might call social services on you... My advice would be to stay away from your brother. He obviously doesn't have the sense God gave a grape if he thinks blowing smoke in a pregnant woman's face is acceptable.
