I feel like I just can't eat enough sometimes... I eat, and don't get full. And then, I get sick. I know my limits or at least I think I do. But this just isn't working for me... sometimes I feel like I'm starving. And then I feel guilty because I feel like I'm starving my baby. How can I eat enough, but not overeat to the point where I'm so sick?
Eat small meals more often. I have to eat snacks like every hour and a half. I used to not even eat breakfast so it's been a huge change!

maybe your having a boy. the doctor told me that boys burn 10%more calories so it causes you to feel this way.
