I only gained 9 pounds this pregnancy and im 38 weeks.

@waitingonnoah20, haha thats good xD and oh gosh they say you're sister would have a big baby because she was big, but hers was average now you're small they think yours will be big..i think they just want a big baby haha! (: & aww!! so cool! c:

yeah i learned from her situation. now theyre all telling me im gonna have a huge baby because im small. I just laugh lol and your due a day before me :)

of course, no problem :) & yeah my family kept telling her the baby is gonna be huge because she got so big, and some would say she would probably end up needing a c section. Just a lot of discouraging things that she didnt need to hear. it only made her worry for nothing. my niece came out 6 pounds & everyone felt stupid lol

i stayed 65 lbs till i got in the 6th grade then got a steriod shot and i definitely started gaining and got pretty plump.. from 65 - 115 then in high school is was 120 and 140 graduated got pregnant went to 130 now im 28 weeks and ive finally gained up to 13 lbs

girl don't stress I'm 36w 4d and I have only gain 7 pounds my midwife said has long has bb is growing its nothing 2 worry about

@waitingonnoah20 okay I won't (: thank you. I feel better about everything now. I won't stress about it anymore, I know its bad to I was just really worried a out him. & I hope they are (: & what happened with your sister? they thought the baby would be too small or big and it was the opposite?

My doc said that the good foods was putting the weight on the baby, bad carbs and junk foods make momma fat, so they said they were not concerned, only way to really tell if baby is thriving is through ultrasound and trust if baby is small they will give you steroid shots that will blow you and baby up

dont let let your size fool you. you might have the healthiest baby in size. my sistet was huge & her baby was underweight so looks can be deceiving. i would keep in mind what your doctor said but not allow it to get to you because stress definitely doesnt help you know? and definitely dont listen to friends or family who say the baby will be this or that because most likely they are completely wrong lol my family was horribly wrong about my sister

my mom had me early i was tiny they had to handle me on a pillow or I would bruise and i couldnt even fit premie cloths mom said my aunt went to yard sales looking for porcelain dolls and took the clothes off of them for me to wear @tavarusmommy21

you should be fine! 5/6 is still normal only reason your baby wouldnt be averaged size is if you go into labor early. i wouldnt worry!

@mrssabby, oh okay them I have hope for my baby to be average sized (: I mostly ate vegetables and no greasy foods except French fries! lol but after I got into my third trimester I started eating more fattening foods hoping to gain weight.

I'm 24 weeks and lost 24 pounds my baby is 2 and a half weeks bigger I don't eat sweets at all I just eat food mainly French fries all the time

(: my doctor said he's thinks mine is probably gonna be small like 5/6 lbs..but that's just by him feeling my tummy not by an ultrasound or anything. everyone tells me he's gonna be too small and weak..it hurts my feelings because I eat I just don't put on weight /;

im 9 months too & I only gained 10 pounds. im just happy the doctors say my boy is growing perfectly fine, because I was worried about that.
