always always tug a little on your pacifiers before you let you babys use them. these people sold these online with the "mam" title and they are cheap plastic no names. this could have killed my baby!!! I am so Furious!!!

Oh my god that's my worst fear! I only by mam brand cause my daughter doesn't like any other ones so far but I tug on them for that reason. It's so good you caught it. It would literally seal her throat closed
