I'm wondering the same thing as this happens to me quite often unfortunately 😩

I'm not sure I couldn't hold them down at all so I take the Flintstone ones for kids. My ob said to take two.

have you tried the gummies? I used to take those. they're so good!

I take the Flintstones kids vitamins also, because I couldn't keep any prenatals down. @lilbabyboy16

It wouldn't hurt you to take another one

if you threw up the pill you can take another one.. however too much vitamin A is bad for baby

@lilbabyboy16, did you feel the pill come up when you vomited? if so then you can take another.. if it was less then I'd say 30min between taking the prenatal and throwing up you can take another one

@aphrodite2014, I don't think so, I'm pretty sure I just saw the cereal I ate just before taking the pill but I could be wrong

You should take your prenatal vitamin at night before you go to bed. Make sure you are taking DHA with or inside your vitamin it good your baby's brain. If you have really bad nausea then take the gummies. I had to take the gummies for 4 months because throw the pill every time took it at night.

yes they do 😊 I used to throw up mine until I started taking the gummies. try them :) it wouldn't hurt to try

I'd try taking it again tonight.. before bed. if your not sure it won't hurt baby to miss a day if you did but you wouldn't want to risk too much vitamin A

my doctor told me take them in the evening until you can stomach them better in the earlier day.

@madilynn16, I know I've been making sure they have dha.

@bets I never had a problem taking them the water had a funny taste and I don't know if it's because it's from the tap and not filtered.

@lilbabyboy16, you will be fine to take one tonight before bed but you can also wait till tomorrow night before bed without an issue
