Yes!!! I find it helpful to drunk water while I breastfeed. It makes sense though because the baby is drinking your milk which also contains water

ahaha 😂😂 Glad I'm not the only one . When I first started I ALWAYS complained about being thirsty and didn't realize it was happening because I was breastfeeding lol

Ive been breastfeeding since she was born. So about a month and a half now :) but she is also bottle fed. I'm trying to work on only breastfeeding her but its a process! haha @reneaandbaby
