@kels123 oh lol sorry I just got regular pills that say the name. You gotta take at least 3500 mg of it.
Does it have to be a certain kind or just the regular some say milk flow some just say the name?

Yeah. I tried fenugreek but it made my guy gassy :( oatmeal & lactation cookies worked for me too! 2 excuses for cookies ;) period and milk supply hehe lol!

Definitely. It bounces back though. Keep nursing on demand through it. Lots of water. And I found mothers milk tea helped me through it.
