yes you can. just make sure you go somewhere that is safe & uses new equipment so you don't get an infection.

I just wanted to get my sons foot print. n of course it would be from a professional shop. I think I'll wait if there's a risk

It's not recommended and if you tell the tattoo artist you're breastfeeding they'd probably turn you away due to any liability posibilities.
