youll know if your water broke. it feels like a gush. and it keeps going randomly especially when you are standing. and they can check if its the fluid down there they just put a strip for a second and if it turns blue then it did.

and if you tell them your water broke orthat you think it did Im pretty sure they take you right away because you can get an infection

i didnt have a gush but a continuous trickle and still coming out but not a while lot at a time it smells sweetish that how i no its not my pee and i had went before and my dum self took a shower and had to wait there they werent sure if i did so they wanted me to keep and eye out for any more fluid but this was a while ago now its kinda the same as then but more fluid andit smells sweet @babychloe

they have me sit in a bed anf get monitored they did that for 9 hours before an ob came in with the swab to check it was horrible i hadnt ate and i was so worried and they took there time with everything :/

yeah it smells like that. you shoild really go. whwn it happened to me i took a shower but it kept coming. so i put a pad on to soak it up and make sure i didnt get an infection and i went straight to the hospital. did you try calling l&d? i called to let them know i was on the way. and they took me up and put me in a room as soon as i got there.

time your contractions, I'd say if they are pretty unbearable then go too the hospital

there pretty good with walk ins when i get there just gotta show my id get my wrist band takes no less then 5 mins and i get strapped down but its the ob that takes so long @babychloe

don't worry I didn't see an ob when I delivered my first baby... my labor went faster than expected so they didn't call him in time! he walked in 10 mins late and goes oh there's a baby here!

nurse told me it happens sometimes and they are all trained! the pediatric nurse was called cuz I said I was pushing and not waiting for a Dr! turned out fine but I am switching doctors this time!! they told me I wouldn't deliver until the next afternoon so I sat in the bath tub for 45 minutes and went from 4cm to 9 in that time and it became a frantic rush to get me my epidural and I had my baby at 1:53 am!
