It could be bug bites. I always get bitten hubby never get bitten. Just saying it's possible that they just don't bite your child . So don't rule it out.
bug bites or perhaps contact dermatitis. both myself and daughter have eczema. it can be small itchy bumps or a red weeping rash or both. use lots of baby oil and put paraben and fragrance free lotion on it. if all else fails use hydrocortisone or Allegra anti itch cream.

I have something that looks very similar to that on my arm! Have no idea what it is, just know that it's itchy and annoying, lol

I got it on my chest round 28 weeks n it went away after two weeks
