I lost 30 pounds cause my nausea and my daughter would've been born a Preemie cause of my weight loss, but I slowly gained all the weight back once I got to my 3rd trimester & she's bigger than the average baby. you'll be okay mama 😘

I was 215 when I found out I was pregnant. Lost 15 pounds... And now here I am back at 215 at 25 weeks come Monday. Everyone's different. I wouldn't worry so much as long as you eat and aren't starving yourself your baby will still get the nutrients they need.

I'm halfway through pregnancy and I've lost almost 30lbs and I haven't even been sick but my doctor said it was okay as long as my baby kept growing like she has been.

@mommy2008, I didn't gain until my second trimester.. the amount of weight you gain dosnt determine the heath or well being of your babies.. as long as they are growing appropriately it's fine.. I know some overweight women who lost 30 lbs their whole pregnancy never gained anything.. other friends only gained 15 or so

Due to morning sickness I lost ten pounds in under 2 weeks. Now I've gained it all back plus like 10 pounds

if you where overweight to begin with it shouldn't be too much of a problem.. however as long as babies are growing appropriately you should be fine
