Hi, I am currently 9 weeks pregnant. Discovered I was pregnant at 2 weeks, pretty early. First response, shocked, tears, scared. As you can imagine, it was really unexpected. On to the family part. I have only told my mom. I have 2 older brothers and other relatives. I'm no longer close with them because ever since my father passed away I felt abandoned. I haven't been to any family events since. Seeing that I'm in my first trimester its no biggie. I just don't know how or when I'll be able to tell anyone on my fathers side of the family. My mother doesn't keep on touch with them either. I honestly don't care if they don't find out until he or she is born. Any advice? Thanks

good thing that you told your mom.... as far as your father's side of the family think this: whatever the reason is that your not talking to them is.... they don't have the right to know about the baby.... b4 or after the baby's born.... its your choice if you wanna tell them or not @sydandchuck
