I've always used hot water bottles and hot baths.. They're fine because the temperature cools isn't consistently hot..which I why hot tubs aren't recommended as your body can't regulate the temperature as it doesn't change.. Xx

you can use them but make sure it's wrapped in a towel or something don't apply on skin and not to hot. @sweetsesame xx

I don't think your allowed them too hot though xx

They're perfectly safe, I've been told to use one to ease back pain x
