it's been Three days since I have been able to eat and keep anything down, and I haven't been able to drink anything all day. without going to the hospital is there anything I can do to make it so I can eat? I have lost 3.5lbs in a week

I was seen yesterday, and they didn't help me at all even though I told them I couldn't keep anything down

sounds like you may need to go to ER my Dr told me if I can't keep anything down got 24 hours to go to ER
